About the features of FV-855
FV-855 model is equipped with screw nut oil cooling, which can ensure the stability of the screw and the stability of product position, shape and position tolerance without the user's constant temperature workshop.
The three axes adopt high-precision double-nut preloaded precision ball screws. Coupled with the lock-pull design of the support bases at both ends, it can eliminate transmission backlash and pre-compensate for errors caused by temperature rise, ensuring positioning accuracy.
The Z-axis is equipped with 2 branch rails with a total of six slide blocks to increase the stability of the machine during processing. Three-axis roller guide rail has high precision and high rigidity.
Meehanite casting process the machine base and body are made of high-grade Meehanite casting and then tempered. The material is stable and ensures long-term high-speed cutting accuracy.
