About the features of FV-1160
The processing range is larger than the general one-meter model, and the rigidity of the machine tool is greatly enhanced. The spindle motor reaches a high-power motor of 11/15KW, the ultra-wide machine tool base and column, and the three-axis 45mm heavy-duty roller guide rail , X-axis and Z-axis use 6 sliders at the same time, which not only enhances the rigidity requirement of load-bearing, but also enables the machine tool to more effectively absorb the vibration during heavy cutting during processing. Thereby improving the accuracy and smoothness of the workpiece, so the 1160 model is the perfect combination of high speed and high rigidity!
TS27R detects tool length, tool diameter, and tool wear, and automatically inputs the measurements into the controller for compensation, making it easy to operate.
Install a spindle center water outlet system. The cutting fluid passes through the spindle center and is ejected from the tool tip. It can directly act on the workpiece and the cutting edge of the tool, taking away the cutting heat source. At the same time, the high-pressure cutting fluid can remove residues on the surface of the workpiece. Ensure processing quality, suitable for deep hole processing parts.
