About the features of FV-1580
The best spindle configuration, the spindle centerline is close to the Z-axis slide rail. It greatly reduces the influence of thermal displacement and bending deformation caused by cutting torque, ensuring the best accuracy. The machine bed weighs 10 tons. It is not at the same level as ordinary heavy-duty cutting machines. The Y-axis is designed with four heavy-duty 45mm roller guide rails, making the workbench as stable as a mountain during large-area processing displacements. , the countertop is not easy to deform.
The floating cutting system is adopted to ensure the accuracy of the spindle bearing and extend the service life. The inside of the gear head adopts forced circulation cooling to control the thermal variables of the spindle to the minimum range to ensure long-term machining accuracy.
